What happens if you feel unwell on the day of your appointment?

If you feel unexpectedly unwell either the day before, or on the day of your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible. Especially if you have any of the following:

A new and continuous cough, loss of smell or taste, a persistent high fever.

Do you offer treatments to men?

Sorry, I'm a female only salon.

Are you mobile?

Unfortunately no, I am home based.

Do you have an age limit?

My treatments are suitable for over 16s. Anybody under the age of 16 may be able to have certain treatments and must be accompanied by their parent or guardian throughout the treatment. A parental consent form must be signed before any treatment can be carried out.

What are your opening times?

Monday 9.00am - 8.00pm,
Tuesday 9.00am - 8.00pm,
Wednesday 9.00am - 6.30pm,
Thursday 8.30am - 2.30pm,
Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm,

What happens if I'm late to my appointment?

To make sure that following appointments are not overrun, being late may mean you will have less time for your treatment. Give yourself plenty of time to arrive!

Can I have a treatment at the same time as my friend?

Unfortunately, as I work by myself, I can't offer simultaneous treatments.

What payments do you take?

I accept cash, card or bank transfer.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and can't be replaced if lost or stolen. If the treatment costs less than your voucher, change is not given.

Cancellation/Late Policy

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Any appointment cancelled within 24 - 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment.

Treatments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full cost of the appointment, this is due to the fact that the slot is unlikely to be filled.

If you don't show to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the treatment, this is due to the slot being wasted. I completely understand that things can happen at the last minute, and can assure you that I will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances.

If you are going to be late to your appointment please let me know asap and I will try to still fit you in if possible. Sometimes though this isn't possible as I have other clients booked in. If you are going to be 15mins + late for your appointment it will unfortunately have to be rebooked for another time. And you will be charged 50% of the appointment, this does depend on circumstances. In certain situations they'll be no charge and I will rebook you in for another time.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

Every time you spend £20 or more on treatments you will receive one stamp on your card. When you have filled up your card, at your next appointment you will receive one treatment for FREE (this can be any treatment up to the value of £30) Please note that when you redeem your card, new stamps will not be issued until your next appointment. Stamps will not be given if using a voucher as payment. If booked in for more than one treatment, the lowest priced treatment will be free. Cannot be redeemed against retail items. 1 stamp per appointment. There is no expiry date on loyalty cards.
