Do you offer treatments to men?

Sorry, I only offer treatments to ladies.

Are you mobile?

Unfortunately no, I am home based.

Do you have an age limit?

You need to be 16 or over for any treatment.

What are your opening times?

Monday 9.00am - 5.00pm,

Tuesday 9.00am - 7.30pm,

Wednesday 9.00am - 7.30pm,

Thursday 9.00am - 1.00pm,

Friday 9.00am - 7.30pm,

Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.

What happens if I'm late to my appointment?

To make sure that following appointments are not overrun, being late may mean you will have less time for your treatment. Give yourself plenty of time to arrive!

Can I have a treatment at the same time as my friend?

Unfortunately, as I work by myself, I can't offer simultaneous treatments.

What payments do you take?

I accept cash or cheques. I currently can't accept card payments. I can also accept payment via paypal or bank transfer (must be paid before arrival).

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and can't be replaced if lost or stolen. If the treatment costs less than your voucher, change is not given.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

Every time you spend £20 or more on treatments you will receive one stamp on your card. When you have received five stamps, at your next appointment (sixth) you will receive 50% off any treatment. Please note that when you redeem your card, new points will not be issued until your next appointment. There is no expiry date on loyalty cards.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment or 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. I completely understand that things can happen at the last minute, and can assure you that I will always be understanding and sympathetic in certain circumstances. A no show for an appointment will be charged the full amount of the treatment.
